【Production Process】

Tianmei Ecosystem's ceramic tableware is made from premium porcelain clay through multiple precise manufacturing processes.

【Material Selection & Body Forming】

Selected high-quality kaolin and quality feldspar serve as raw materials. After ball milling, sieving, and vacuum kneading, a fine and uniform clay body is produced. Then through roll forming or slip casting, various vessel bodies are shaped.

【Drying & Glazing】

The bodies undergo natural drying and low-temperature baking to remove residual moisture. Glazing is applied through dipping, spraying, or brushing to ensure uniform glaze coverage. Glaze formulas are repeatedly tested and adjusted to achieve optimal gloss, texture, and safety.

【High-Temperature Firing】

This is the critical step that determines ceramic quality. Our products are fired in kilns at temperatures above 1280°C, with firing time precisely controlled based on product thickness and specifications. High-temperature firing densifies the porcelain, resulting in low water absorption, high glaze hardness, and long service life.

【Decoration Techniques】

We support various decoration techniques including underglaze color, onglaze color, decal application, and hand-painting. Underglaze colors are applied before high-temperature firing, so patterns are protected by the glaze layer and never fade. Onglaze colors offer rich colors and are suitable for complex designs.

【Quality Inspection & Packaging】

Each product is manually inspected before leaving the factory, with defective items removed. Qualified products are individually wrapped in pearl cotton and packed in cardboard boxes to prevent transport damage.
